Brickell towers funnel every mover through one loading bay, Aventura buildings meter the freight elevator in fixed windows, and Miami Beach condos on Collins layer valet and security clearance on top. A July load-out means a downpour can hit mid-carry, so we keep furniture blanketed and wrapped from the unit door to the truck.
