Soy Danny Ferrer, and Cutler Bay is a south-Dade suburb with a story — much of it was flattened by Hurricane Andrew in 1992 and rebuilt sturdier and better-planned in the years since. Today it’s a settled, family-friendly community of single-family homes and townhomes off US-1, stretching east toward Biscayne Bay and the Black Point Marina. We book it steadily all year as part of our south-Dade territory.
Because so much of Cutler Bay is post-Andrew construction, the homes tend to be solid, roomy, and consistent — well-suited to an efficient three-mover load. And because we’re a Miami mover, hurricane season is never far from mind: from June through November my crew watches the tropics and can move a family ahead of a storm when a warning goes up.
